Jayantika is a Research Analyst with Strategic Foresight Group. She works on water diplomacy in the Middle East region.

She has worked on human rights cases, mediation and arbitration of commercial disputes and drafting of legislation under the aegis of the Law Commission of India.

Jayantika has completed her MA in International Law and the Settlement of Disputes from the United Nations mandated University for Peace in Costa Rica. 

She has also been awarded certificates from the UNHCR, ILO and ICRC on international refugee law, international labor law and humanitarian laws respectively.
