SFG in Singapore and South Korea

SFG team visited Singapore and South Korea to get perspectives of the South East Asian countries on a potential Global Water Security Initiative.
Singapore hosts the biannual Water Week and is a pioneer in producing NEWater, though the process of reverse osmosis. It has shown how a small city state can achieve self-sufficiency in water by the use of sound management practices combined with technology.
South Korea is a leading player in water technologies and is to host the next round of the World Water Forum in Daegu in 2015.
