Anumita is a Senior Programme Manager coordinating SFG’s Global, Middle East and Asia Programs.
She is the Coordinator of the South Asia Security Unit and works on the Blue Peace in the Middle East initiative and SFG’s work on the Global High Level Panel on Water and Peace.
Previously, Anumita has worked on SFG’s water diplomacy, peace and security, and horizon scanning work previously, including the Searchlight initiative of the Rockefeller Foundation and the Himalayan Water Security Initiative, among others.
She has been part of the research team of numerous SFG publications and authored several articles deriving from her research at Strategic Foresight Group, many of which have been used at international conferences and reprinted by the media from different parts of the world.
Anumita has a Master’s Degree in Diplomatic Studies from the University of Westminster and a Bachelor’s Degree in Mathematics from Stella Maris College, University of Madras.
